Brandt Thread Tables integrate with the most modern machine tools. These CNC machine tools are big bore lathes, often called Threaders used to produce both API and premium threads on tube and pipe. The Brandt Thread Table offers a competitive edge by positioning material in and out of the Threaders quickly and accurately considerably reducing cycle times versus alternative methods. Minimizing pipe handling cycle times is a critical variable to ensure the investment in the machine tool is achieving the maximum return. Brandt Thread Tables can handle pipe from 2 3/8" to 16" in diameter and weighs up to 5500 pounds.

• The encoder wheel reduces waste by measuring the distance the pipe travels as it moves towards its final position inside the lathe. Accurately controlling the end position of the pipe to 0.060" inside the lathe improves yield by ensuring the minimum amount of pipe has to be cut off before the threading operation begins. Choose the Z30 Touchless option for accuracy up to 0.030".
