2024 Brandt Mobile Jaw Crushers MC 110 Zi EVO

Kleemann’s new MOBICAT MC 110 Zi EVO mobile jaw crusher is a versatile unit that is ideal for the Canadian market. It features an inlet opening measuring 44” x 28” (1,100 mm x 700 mm) and delivers a maximum feed capacity of 364 US t/h (330 t/h). Its powerful direct-drive diesel ensures excellent efficiency. The MC 110 Zi incorporates highly effective primary screening with independent double-decker pre-screen. The hopper walls are integrated into the chassis and it includes a hydraulic crushing gap adjustment, both of which guarantee reduced setup times.

Features may include:

• Hydraulically foldable and lockable with additional mechanical locking.

• Increased flexibility for simple transport: foldable side discharge conveyor, can be installed on both sides.

• Remains on machine for transport.

• High final product quality: effective primary screening thanks to independent double-deck pre-screen ("Z" version).

• Wear reduction through diversion of the medium grain through ample crusher bypass.

• Bypass flap for simple diversion of the material flow – blind deck no longer necessary.

• Continuous Feed System (CFS)

• Continuous crusher feed by intelligent feed control CFS (Continuous Feed System).

• Ultrasonic probe above the crushing jaw measures crusher fill level

• When the crushing jaw is free again, material conveying is continued without a delay.

• Vibrating feeder and pre-screening frequencies are slowed down – not completely stopped!
