2024 Brandt Mobile Impact Crushers MR 110 Zi EVO2

Kleemann’s MOBIREX MR 110 Zi EVO2 is a high-output mobile impact shredder that delivers unmatched economy and operational safety. This universally adaptable plant is perfectly suited for processing blasted natural stone, asphalt and demolition waste—producing a first-class product, every time. Despite its relatively small crusher inlet size (44'' x 32'' / 1,100 x 800 mm), it delivers output rates that were only achievable with larger crushing plants in the past. Maximum input capacities of 386 US t /h (350 t/h) are easily attained. In primary screening, an independent double-decker pre-screen is applied.

• Sensors measure the load on toggle and rotor.

• Depending on the load, feeding chute and pre- screening frequencies are adapted automatically.

• When the load in the crushing chamber is rebalanced, feeding continues without delay.
