• The EPA Interim Teir 4/Stage IIIB technology utilized in the 470G LC diesel engine is simple, fuel efficient, fully integrated, and fully supported. It employs field-proven cooled exhaust gas recirculation for reducing mono-nitrogen oxides, and a diesel particulate filter and a diesel oxidation catalyst to reduce particulate matter. Periodic active and passive regeneration automatically clean the filter without impacting machine productivity.

• Auto-idle automatically reduces engine speed when hydraulics aren't in use. Auto shutdown further conserves precious fuel.
